Customer Service Reps needed with technical savvy to focus on customer outreach, quotes, handle questions and minor customer training by phone, billing services and retention. Regular phone calls and in-person visits on a regular basis.(visits after fully trained and part of the team as regular employee). Proactive approach is needed especially with lasting established customers to ensure retention.
Follow-up to new and renewal business requests, trouble shooting and service upgrades. Review plans and help customers determine what works best for their company. Work well with entire customer care team and the technical support too.
Database updates, process paperwork and management team interface. Correspondence, credit letters, and welcome letter production. Reports for management team for project status, business declines and other metrics.
Very detailed position with strong organizational skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly independent and team goals. Seeking candidate very comfortable with technology. Highly computer knowledgeable in MS Office with strong Excel, Outlook, Word skills. Database/CRM experience preferred.
Professional office demeanor essential to the job.
High School diploma necessary, college courses/degree a plus. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new career
