Technical Account Manager/Customer Service opportunity! Position needs 5+years of account manager expertise with focus on high volume and high attention business-to-business accounts. Experience in Cloud/Data Storage, VOIP, Internet Services, etc needed.
Proactive approach is needed especially with lasting established customers. Regular contact with clients via phone, email and in person. Quoting, contracts, and follow-up to new business requests is regular part of the job. Work well with entire customer care team and the technical advisement members too. Responsible for customer care including all aspects of the sales process, billing assistance, relationship management, etc.
Develop trusting relationships to build and retail loyalty, process orders and correspondence, ensure satisfaction. Account maintenance including contracts, database updates, etc. Professional demeanor essential to the job.
Very detailed position with strong organizational skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly independent and team goals. Seeking candidate very comfortable with technology. Very computer knowledgeable in MS Office with strong Excel, Outlook, Word skills. Database/CRM experience needed.
BA/BS degree is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel is required for the position once trained.
