Receptionist / Clerical $18.50 hr Simi Valley, CA


Professional corporate office is seeking a meet and greet receptionist with experience handling busy incoming lines and transfer calls to extensions. Excellent communication skills with clear speaking voice, ability to multi-task and work well independently. Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Workspace. Sort and prepare Inbound/Outbound mail, filing, emailing, copying, preparing documents, and office support tasks to help other departments. Prior experience handling inbound phones as first point of contact is needed.

Very punctual and reliable to open front office area daily. M-F, 8am-4:30pm

High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred.
