Friendly, reliable Receptionist needed to assist busy Office.

Responsible for daily Reception desk management in a busy office including responding to telephone calls, emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages. Assist with multiple administrative tasks and provide support to a team, updating reports and completing special projects.

We are seeking a candidate with proficient skills in MS Office.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (in Office)
Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of Office Support experience.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
