This is a full time temp to hire Exempt position. This position require some evenings and weekends. The focus in on Human Resources and Operations. Oversee the organization daily business activities, prepare reports, manages and maintains the building and manages building services. This position requires experience in Human Resource management and oversight. Creates and implement employee relations policies to help increase employee’s job satisfaction. Devise and maintain a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees and managing the staff. Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment. Review and approves payroll reports. Supervise all staff ensuring the office is running efficiently. Must have at least 10 years of experience working in an operations role and five years’ experience in a management or leadership capacity. HR experience is a must with a strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions. The company offers excellent benefit after conversion.
