Join a dynamic team, providing support to multiple Department Managers.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist Department Managers by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily/weekly/monthly calendar and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate office correspondence
File and update contact information of employees, customers, etc.
Support and facilitate the completion of weekly and monthly reports
Create and maintain an efficient filing system
Provide coverage occasionally for receptionist duties
Skills

Proven work experience in an administrative support role
Adept at multi-tasking and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional office demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma
Reliable
