Friendly office assistant needed as first point of contact at busy location. Answer/screen calls, prep mail, type letters using templates, data entry/tracking of documents, file, copy, scan, and other office tasks. Excellent Excel skills need to include using borders, headers, and other intermediate level tasks. Strong communication skills, superb grammar and spelling and the ability to multi-task. Projects as assigned. Experience in property management or similar is desired. Prior business office experience is necessary.
Position needs someone very reliable and punctual.
