Phone and email customer contact for product questions, pricing, availability,shipping and delivery troubleshooting. Experience in call center, order processing, order desk, retail sales office, or similar sales-related role would be a great match! Outlook for business email, accurate, fast data entry on Excel. Photoshop (company will train)
Company considers non-paid experience too like internship/volunteer in office settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurately type at 35wpm+
MS Office: Excel & Outlook basic level or above
