This role provides support to Sales Reps, Account Managers, Sales Management and Channel Partners in-person, by email and phone. In the future, job duties include accompanying sales personnel on customer appointments and prospective customers to gather relevant data in support of engineering. Collaborate with client, sales and relations department to establish solutions to meet the needs of customers in cost savings and technology. Track and record all prospect and customers interactions using appropriate tools. Wide range of admin tasks to support all inside and outside sales order processing
Conducts all work timely and efficiently within deadlines. This is a fast paced environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Produce and provide reports to Executive staff including CEO, weekly.
Monday through Friday, 8-5pm. Temp to Hire.
