Training provided remotely! Friendly, detailed, and comfortable speaking with managers of offices to verify information in database and obtain more details. Company uses Word, Excel, Outlook and a CRM system. Basic level computer skills work nicely and typing should be 30wpm accurate.
Detailed position with documentation/tracking of results and missing information from outbound calls. Clear speaking voice and good communication skills necessary. Internet research savvy. Work in remote team environment to start.Hybrid schedule in the fall will be 75% at home and 25% at the office. Co will supply the laptop with a monthly phone stipend.
Early hours (miss the morning rush hour when hybrid schedule starts) 6am-3pm, M-F.
