PART-TIME, IN A SOCIALLY DISTANCED OFFICE!
M-F, 6 hrs per day (between 7:30am-4pm) with 1/2 hour lunch.
Corporate office needs front desk receptionist with some experience in payroll. (50+ employees).Uses ADP and will train on their process. Handle filing, email (Outlook) office tasks with professional and friendly approach. Create new hire files, maintain new/separated employee records, document employee information for human resources team, assist with questions from various locations daily. Accounting knowledge helpful and degree or college courses preferred. Accurate typing, keen attention to detail and team player. Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Reliable work ethic is essential.
