Bachelor’s Degree or above with experience drafting and proofing employment, severance, non-compete, waivers, and general releases documents. Compliance expertise regarding wage/hour, sick leave, etc. 3+yrs experience necessary drafting employee contracts and experience with legal research.
Collaborate with litigation counsel, research statues, rulings, regulations in relationship to employment law questions and contracts. Correspondence, emails, general legal document preparation. Close work with leadership, legal counsel, and colleagues. Manage workflow with promptness, diplomacy and flexibility to ensure timeliness. Highly poised demeanor with solid decision-making ability. Professional-level writing skills. MS Office proficiency (intermediate and above). Work efficiency is needed to produce contracts in time-sensitive environment.
Work may be performed at the office or remotely during regular business hours: 8-5,9-6,10-7, M-F. Company provides laptop.
