HR Manager opportunity NOT A REMOTE POSITION
-Company is seeking someone with demonstrated ability and experience handling HR functions independently
-Well-versed in current and upcoming labor law policies/changes/implementation
-Very detailed, highly articulate communicator with solid mediation-resolution skills
-At least 2+yrs of HR department management experience
-Handle all employees at the office and remote workers
Employee Relations confidence in regards to leave of absence management, handbook updates/compliance, mandated trainings performance appraisals, job description oversight, etc
-Microsoft Office intermediate skills
-PIHRA or SHRM membership preferred
HR degree or Certificate highly desired
**Mon-Fri, 8-5, Company offers excellent benefits once hired on to their payroll. Company runs background check.
