Company seeking account management, inside sales representative or customer service office experience with a focus on client retention, product upselling, and cross-selling. Experience of at least 3 or more years desired. Call Center experience ideal.
Company needs someone with strong relationship building skill. Looking for enthusiastic individual with ability to quickly build rapport by phone as well as guide each customer through product knowledge and purchase recommendations.
Speak with customers for orders and compose professional emails, troubleshoot complex transactions, solve shipment issues, and facilitate potential returns. Strong computer aptitude.
Accurately type at 40wpm+
Word, Excel, Outlook aptitude-company trains on Photoshop.
Excellent grammar and spelling proficiency is necessary.
