Local office seeks experienced communicator to support existing clients.
Will serve as point of contact to clients and provide support throughout the sales process, in addition to following up with clients to insure customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
Will also be responsible for daily administrative tasks related to customer service and updating our client database.
This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of high level customer service experience, in a busy office setting. We are seeking a reliable, self-starter with strong MS Office skills. Some supervisory experience is helpful.
Candidates should have stable employment history that includes administrative related tasks.
Position is temp to hire.
