Must be bilingual Spanish, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize. Have exceptional customer service

skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and Power/point. Ability to work under stress, with interruptions and deadlines.

Perform front office operations, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and stock. Schedule and organize meetings, conference and travels for all

departments. Compose general correspondence, memos etc. Additional duties temperature checks, issuing face masks, disinfecting

all high-contact surfaces. There are benefits to be discussed.
