We currently have a full time opening for the following position:

Order Processing Assistant

Summary: The Data Processor is responsible for entering information into computer databases. Assist with general clerical duties as needed. Miscellaneous clerical duties may include, but are not limited to: typing, scanning, filing, faxing, making copies, etc.

Responsibilities:

Processing applications within our Customer Database and other platforms
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Communicate with sales and customers regarding any accuracy inquiries
Acts as the liaison with other departments regarding application status
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of data entry experience
Must have a stable work history
Background in Health Insurance is helpful
Proficient with MS Office applications is required (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with other internal departments
Ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized and fast learner
Good with numbers and strong attention to detail
