We are seeking a candidate to support the team as follows:

Manage both incoming and outbound calls
Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
Enter payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
Prepare and maintain various reports
Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service and in-bound phone experience required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced fun environment
Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors
Exceptional problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
