Great opportunity for office clerk to build more experience in this temporary-to-hire role. Responsibilities are filing, scanning and email. Comfortable on the phones, inbound and outbound to assist with record requests. Utilize tracking software on Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, Outlook and Gmail. Basic Level Outlook/Excel and typing at 30wpm+.
Looking for someone able to work on several file requests at a time and prioritize tasks for timely completion.
1-3 years of office experience. Read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
