Requires excellent communication and follow through skills, strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
Respond to client inquiries, provide price quotes and lead times, take and process orders, update and manage client accounts.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of Customer Service/Order Desk experience in a manufacturing or product oriented, office environment. Retail experience will not be considered.
Candidates must have intermediate MS Office skills and type at least 40wpm.
We prefer candidates who have worked in QuickBooks.
