Enthusiastic communicator for product questions by phone and email, shipping/logistics, troubleshooting throughout the day. Prior background/experience assisting customers by phone is necessary. This position is “in-office” with social distanced set up.
Computer knowledgeable in MS Excel, Outlook. Company trains in Photoshop. Typing minimum at 40 wpm with excellent grammar and spelling aptitude. Overtime during holiday peak season beginning Thanksgiving week and through start of New Year. No vacation during this time. Approx 10 hours average overtime each week.
Full paid training
9a-5:30p shifts, Some Saturdays.
Casual office dress-wear jeans or shorts!
Lunch brought in daily, snack and beverages provided opportunity!
Temp to Hire – Monday thru Friday. Company runs background. Full benefits offered. $16-$18 to start after you become a regular employee
