Account Management with Customer Care experience is a plus! You will be billing and service support, create billing tickets, process credit requests, billing reviews for clients. Assist Tech Ops and Sales with order processing and quotes. In this role you will meet with clients face to face and need to have a reliable vehicle with auto liability insurance. Building great working relationships with clients for excellent client retention. You may train clients for VoIP services. You will attend meeting meetings to confirm service order and information for each client location.
$23 to $25 plus commission. Client offers excellent benefits once hired on to their payroll. 401k match at 4%/ This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.
