Seeking a personable and helpful candidate to assist clients and potential clients via telephone and email.

Respond to incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate departments
Respond to daily emails
Verify and update information in our custom computer system
Daily clerical tasks as assigned
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology or Psychology.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience.

MS Office skills are required.

Candidates should type 40 wpm.
