Directly supervise 2-9 employees. Interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning and assigning work. Responsible for department/individual goal setting and client outreach. Reviews orders, work flow and schedules to assure timely installation and accuracy of client orders. Schedule delivery dates to meet requirements. Plans production operations; sets priorities and planning to maintain client satisfaction. Directs and coordinates all activities relating to Client Services.
Prior experience in a customer-driven management role with direct reports/supervision responsibility. Handle contract renewal, VIP client servicing, and coordinate with team for superb client retention. Excellent communication, mathematical aptitude, experience in spreadsheets and statistical data.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 10+ years related experience and/or training experience. $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
