Personable, experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative needed in this busy Valencia apparel and accessory company.
Respond to inbound calls and emails, assist clients with product information and throughout the order process. Enter and follow up on orders, coordinate shipping logistics, track order process and follow up with customers.
Requires skills in MS Office. Candidates should type a minimum of 40 wpm.
Position requires excellent communication skills as well as detailed follow up.
We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of related Customer Service experience. Some experience with live chat is helpful. E-commerce experience is desired.
