We are looking for a trainable candidate to join a friendly Santa Clarita Valley office.
Seeking an entry level Receptionist for duties as follows:
Answer phones and support field employees
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
File and scan documents
Business hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
This position is perfect for a candidate with at least 6 months of office support experience.
Basic computer and typing skills are required.
Candidates should have friendly, energetic telephone personality.
We are seeking a candidate who speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Candidates MUST BE RELIABLE.
This position is temp to hire.
