Full-time temporary-to-hire position with perks!
Inbound/outbound customer service reps, temporary-to-hire opportunity! Process customer orders by phone and email. Follow order from beginning to end with customer contact to update on progress, availability, etc. Position will handle order troubleshooting and return authorizations. High level of detail and accuracy a must! Good retention and reliability.
Company is seeking someone with a stable work history. Enjoy overtime pay during the holidays with up to 10 hours per week. That will add up quickly! M-F with weekends during Thanksgiving through New Year’s and occasional Saturday work throughout the year.
*Type 40 wpm or above accurately
*Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
*Excellent grammar and spelling with strong email composition skills
Shifts are from 8am to 7pm and you will be assigned a shift. Excellent perks: company provides daily lunch and Starbucks for everyone, free snacks and soda, has 6 paid holidays and offers PTO, medical benefits are partially paid and it is a casual work environment!
