Full-time customer service career position with perks!
Immediate hire for Inbound/outbound customer service reps, temporary-to-hire opportunity! Friendly, helpful person needed to assist processing customer orders by phone and email. Follow order from beginning to end with customer contact to update on progress, availability, etc.
Position will handle order troubleshooting and return authorizations. High level of detail and accuracy a must! Company is seeking someone with a stable work history. Enjoy overtime pay during the holidays with up to 10 hours per week. That will add up quickly! M-F with weekends during Thanksgiving through New Year’s and a few weekends during spring and summer.
*Type 40 wpm or above accurately
*Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
*Excellent grammar and spelling with strong email composition skills
Shifts are from 8am to 7pm and you will be assigned a shift. Excellent perks: company provides daily lunch and Starbucks for everyone, free snacks and soda, has 6 paid holidays and offers PTO, medical benefits are partially paid and it is a casual work environment!
