Canoga Park office has an immediate opening for an experienced candidate to manage Accounts Receivable. This is a very well established Contracting Firm, seeking a self-starter with strong communication skills.

Duties will include:

Process job billings
Process receivables and incoming payments
Monitor customer accounts
Work with vendors for lein and release forms
Maintain and update all records
Collect on past due invoices
We are seeking a positive and proactive candidate with strong organizational skills.

Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience.

Experience in a construction environment is required.

A degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.

Candidates must be self motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work load. We are seeking a highly detailed candidate.

Candidates must have Strong skills in MS Excel and have worked in a large accounting software.

Resumes should reflect recent and stable employment history.
