Upbeat, cheery front office temporary receptionist needed with experience handling inbound/outbound phone calls for this 6-12 week maternity coverage beginning the end of July. Coverage may go through late September or even into early October (person selected must be able to commit to the entire length of maternity coverage need.) Front desk receptionist handles multi- line phone calls with a variety of office tasks: scan, file, fax, email, etc. and assists customers with orders, questions, invoicing/billing, etc. Highly detailed work to verify documents, set appointments as needed, email with attachments, take new orders, update clients on order progress, etc. ). Great customer care skills are necessary with the ability to easily build rapport by phone.
MS Office savvy with excellent grammar and spelling
Touch typing above 50wpm
