Seeking candidate with 3-5 years experience in administrative assistant role supporting management or professional office team/department with calendaring and database management, billing oversight for corporate office, general office support tasks, and answer incoming phone lines. Excellent grammar and spelling for correspondence. New position within the company and they are adding additional responsibilities. Strong writing skills, able to compose/create flyers, etc. Strong Excel skill set, formulas, multiple page spreadsheets, import/export, etc. Some experience in accounting (analytical) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required and company will consider someone in their final semester with pending degree.
Temp to Hire, Mon through Fri, between 8-5pm. This position is 25-30 hours per week. Full medical benefits once hired on to client’s payroll, 401k offered.
