Customer savvy person needed with touch typing at (35wpm accurate), excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt to custom software. Compose and reply to customer email and orders plus inbound/outbound calls throughout the day. Patient, pleasant and able to troubleshoot order issues. Clear speaking voice necessary.
