Office Manager-Accounting Coordinator $21-22.00 hr Agoura Hills


Temporary-to-hire office supervisor to handle office oversight duties in small consulting company.

This person is the point of contact for the company at their front desk and handles everything from the reception work to contracts to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Candidate must know ins/outs of QuickBooks as well as Word, Excel, Outlook. Company needs someone who is good with prioritization and time management. Prior experience as administrative team supervisor, office manager, or project manager with emphasis in daily accounting functions highly preferred. Reliability is essential as team relies on this person for day-to-day scheduling.

Full-time hours M-F-8:30-5 or 8-5 Nice benefits upon regular hire.
