Immediate full-time opening for highly organized and motivated person with at least 4+ yrs of administrative experience. Job history should be 2-4 years at each position held. Strong communication, critical thinking skills, highly proficient in MS Office Suite with particular skills in Excel on the intermediate level including formulas, a database program like CRM or Access, some exp in video upload (YouTube, MS Movie Maker, etc). Skills in accounting are needed for job costing, invoicing and project upkeep. Travel arrangements, Internet research, calendar management, data management, other administrative duties.
