Joint a growing team…this is an immediate opening for a versatile Office Assistant. Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer phones, direct callers, greet office visitors
Collate meeting packets
Assist with data entry projects for several departments
Respond to email inquiries
Order office supplies
Scan and file documents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Ideal candidates for our position have 1 years of relevant experience, as a receptionist or office support professional.

Candidates should have intermediate Word and Excel skills.

Candidates should type a minimum of 40 wpm.
