Customer Service Rep ~ Westlake Village ~ $15 hour


Fact finding, outbound calling CSR’s needed to contact client base. No telemarketing or cold calling. The objective is to contact clients to increase the ratio of the company’s valid certificates on file. You will receive excellent training and coaching. The position requires that you be on the phone most of the day and notating the conversations and actions needed for each department. Typing speed of 40wpm or more.

Temp to Hire, Mon-Fri, 6-3pm or 7-4pm. Beat the traffic! Company offers excellent benefits package.
